The Cabarrus County Sports Hall of Fame will induct 14 individuals and seven teams at this year's Induction Ceremony, set to be held at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center on December 6, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. This event is open to the public.

“Over the past 11 months, our committee has poured countless hours, conversations, and a whole lot of heart into restarting the Cabarrus County Sports Hall of Fame, said CCHSOF Chairman E.Z. Smith. "It’s been a true community effort to honor our past and rebuild something worthy of the athletes, coaches, supporters who shaped this county, and the enduring efforts of the Hall of Fame founder, Tony McClamrock, who passed away in 2023. I can’t wait to see it all come to life on Saturday at Cabarrus Arena as we welcome our newest induction class and officially turn the page to an exciting new chapter for Cabarrus County sports history.”
