
ABOUT THE CABARRUS COUNTY SPORTS HALL OF FAME
The Cabarrus County Sports Hall of Fame honors those who have contributed to the rich history of Cabarrus County athletics.
Purpose: The Cabarrus County Sports Hall of Fame was created to recognize outstanding achievements of athletes, coaches, teams, and contributors who have brought significant recognition to themselves and Cabarrus County through sport. The association was founded by Mr. Tony McClamrock and is governed by the Cabarrus County Sports Hall of Fame Committee.
Mission: The mission of the Cabarrus County Sports Hall of Fame is to publicly honor and recognize individuals (living or deceased) and championship teams for their accomplishments and contributions through sport, and the resultant recognition and benefit to Cabarrus County, so that their legacies will live and continue.
