Won 4 State Championships - 100 meters, 200 meters, 100-meter hurdles, and the triple jump.

1989-1993 attended Appalachian State University where she excelled in Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field

17 Individual Conference Championships in 6 different events at ASU

Two-Time All-American - 8 Conference Championships in 4 years at ASU

4 U.S. Championships in the indoor 60-meter hurdles (1998, 1999, 2000, 2002)

2000 Olympics in Sydney - Bronze Medal in the 100-meter hurdles.

2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece - Bronze Medal in the 100-meter hurdles

2003 Bronze Medal World Indoor Championships and National Indoor Championship.

2009 Inducted into the Southern Conference Hall of Fame
