1989 Team MVP, Team Captain and All State
1989 selected for the NC/SC Shrine Bowl Football Game and in 1990 was selected for the East-West All Star Football Game
1990 Full Football Scholarship to UNC-CH where he was a 3 year starter, rushed for 3,074 yards and 34 TD’s in his career.

1993 Drafted by the San Diego Chargers of the NFL
1994 selected to play in the NFL Pro Bowl All Star Game
1995 played in Super Bowl XXIX for the SD Chargers and scored a TD.
After retiring from the NFL he began Coaching at Livingstone College, West Charlotte HS, Carolina Panthers of the NFL, Winston-Salem State University and UNC-CH.
