1989-1993 Received the “Morehead Scholarship” to UNC-CH

Played Football at UNC-CH 4 years and was All Conference 1992.

Graduated with a degree in Dentistry.

1995-1998 NFL Draft choice of the Oakland Raiders and played LB.

1998-1999 played LB for the St. Louis Rams and Won Super Bowl XXXIV.

After retiring from the NFL he became a Football Official. He officiated at the High School and College levels until be promoted to the NFL.

In 2025 he Officiated SUPER BOWL LIX becoming the First former NFL Player to play in a Super Bowl and Officiate one.
