Kellie Kennedy

Concord High School 1982-1986

 

• Basketball, Tennis and Track – All Conference in 3 Sports.

• 1983-1986 Leading scorer for the Basketball Team.  Won the Conference, District and Sectional Championships in 1986 and made it to the “Final Four”. 

• In 1986 was Team MVP. Conference Player of the Year and All State.

• In track qualified for the State Championships in High Jump, Hurdles and the 440 Relay.

• 1986-1990 Received a Basketball Scholarship to UNC-CH. Team MVP 1989-1990, All ACC Academic and Dean’s List 4 years.

• 1990-1993 Basketball Coach UNC-W

• 1993-1995 Head Women’s Basketball Coach – Division 3 Hollins College and also served as Women’s Soccer Coach. 

• 1996-2006 Tulane University Recruiting Coordinator Women’s Basketball

• 2008 Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Loyola University.

• 2021 Inducted into the Concord High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
